    At Suite Spot Co., we utilize a bucket system for all our monthly packages. This means you purchase a set number of hours in advance, which can be used for various services each month. Our retainer packages ensure that you have dedicated time from our virtual assistants or specialists, tailored to your specific needs.

    What Is a Retainer Package?

    A retainer package is a pre-agreed arrangement where you pay a fixed fee each month in exchange for a predetermined number of service hours or a defined scope of work. This guarantees you access to our team’s time and expertise, providing you with a reliable and predictable service each month.

  • What is the cancellation and refund policy?

    Cancellation Policy: 30-Day Notice: We require a notice at least 30 days in advance if you wish to cancel your monthly service. Cancellations must be submitted via email.

    Final Month’s Charge: You are responsible for the final month’s payment if you cancel less than 30 days before your next billing date. This means if your service starts on the 12th of each month, you must let us know by the 11th of the previous month to avoid being charged for another month.

    Refund Policy: Once billed, the monthly fee is non-refundable. If you cancel, you can continue to use our services until the end of that month’s billing cycle.

  • What does remote support look like?

    Understanding the dynamics of working with a remote assistant is crucial, especially if you're accustomed to having in-person support. Our remote support mirrors the assistance you would receive from an in-person assistant, with the key difference being the digital nature of communication and task execution. At Suite Spot, Co. we have a streamlined and stress-free onboarding process, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout our engagement.

  • How do i ensure my information stays secure?

    Safeguarding your data is our tip top priority! We employ advanced security measures, including data leak prevention and encryption, to ensure the utmost safety of your information. To further protect your interests, we provide a customizable Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as part of your onboarding form. This agreement is designed to secure confidentiality for both your proprietary information and our processes. Additionally, any data collected during our collaboration is securely deleted following a comprehensive checklist provided at the end of our service term.

  • Compliance Pledge.

    We take the safety and integrity of our services seriously. Any task submissions that contain sexually inappropriate content, abuse, stalking, harassment, bullying, abuse or any inappropriate content regarding children will not be tolerated. As mandated reporters, we are obligated to report such incidents to the appropriate authorities . We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any services that violates our ethical standards, values or legal obligations.
